I create personalized sessions to meet your body where it is today, guided by the belief in “Strength Beyond Circumstance.””

Throughout my experience, I have had the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of people.  Each body was unique in its composition, strengths, limitations, and possibilities.  I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.   In addition to various certifications acquired through NASM, personal experiences have yielded invaluable insight.  I can assist you with modifications and alternatives of all varieties, because I have had to utilize them myself.

I believe in a well rounded fitness approach.  Whether you are taking a  class or engaging in a personal training session, we will tackle a wide variety of modalities, focuses, and intensities.  One class may require you to slow down, turn your focus inward, find rhythm with your breath, and flow through body weight moves.  Other classes

Through this structured breath sequence, you’ll move energy through the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for clarity, presence, and emotional release. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to connect with yourself on a deeper level—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As a facilitator, I guide you through the practice with care and intention, creating a safe, supportive space for you to explore your breath, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect to your inner calm and strength. My approach integrates years of coaching, movement, and breathwork experience to help you feel grounded, seen, and fully present.

Movement shouldn't HURT. It should HEAL.

I believe movement is medicine, not punishment. When we approach fitness with judgment and shame, the nervous system goes into protection mode — slowing progress and stalling growth. But when we move with intention and safety, we activate strength, resilience, and confidence.
