My name is Danielle, and I am a personal trainer, breathwork facilitator, and coach. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: movement and breath are powerful tools for change when they are rooted in self-respect rather than self-punishment.

For much of my life, my relationship with my body was complicated. I grew up struggling with depression, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and harsh self-criticism. Like many people, I turned to exercise early—but not always for healthy reasons. What began as a coping tool often became a way to control my body rather than care for it. Those years taught me firsthand how damaging the fitness narrative can be when it is driven by shame instead of support.

At 25 years old, my life changed suddenly when I was hit by a boat propeller off the coast of Miami. The accident left me with severe injuries and paralysis from the knee down in my left leg. Recovery required multiple surgeries, extensive rehabilitation, and a complete redefinition of strength. Healing was no longer about performance—it was about patience, awareness, and learning how to listen to my body in an entirely new way.

Today, I work with clients through personal training, group classes, and breathwork experiences. My approach integrates strength training, mobility, corrective exercise, and breathwork to support both the physical and nervous systems. Breath is not an add-on in my work—it is foundational. It supports regulation, resilience, emotional processing, and a deeper connection to the body beyond mechanics alone.

Every challenge I’ve faced—mental, physical, and emotional—has informed how I show up as a coach. I lead with empathy, clarity, and respect for the individual experience. I believe progress happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported, not pressured or judged.

This space was created to share that belief and to build community around it. It is a place to move, breathe, reconnect, and grow—together. Whether you are here to build strength, recover from injury, regulate your nervous system, or simply feel more at home in your body, you are welcome here.
