Throughout my experience, I have had the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of people.  Each body was unique in its composition, strengths, limitations, and possibilities.  I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.   In addition to various certifications acquired through NASM, personal experiences have yielded invaluable insight.  I can assist you with modifications and alternatives of all varieties, because I have had to utilize them myself.

I believe in a well rounded fitness approach.  Whether you are taking a bootcamp class or engaging in a personal training session, we will tackle a wide variety of modalities, focuses, and intensities.  One class may require you to slow down, turn your focus inward, find rhythm with your breath, and flow through body weight moves.  Other
